Exercise Therapy
If you have been in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) after April 1, 2019 you are eligible for 12 Pre-Approved Kinesiology Sessions within the first three months of your MVA (residents of British Columbia).
Outside of these parameters (e.g. MVA prior to April 1, 2019, or more than three months after your MVA) you will need to be approved for an Assessment by your ICBC adjuster and will need a referral from your Physician or Physiotherapist.

As a Kinesiologist Rachel has extensive experience working in rehabilitation and prescribing therapeutic exercise for non-acute injuries (e.g. lower back pain, shoulder pain) and management of chronic conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis.
